On the ground floor there
is a large kitchen / dining room with double doors from the garden.
This room has a beamed ceiling and features a beautiful tiled,
wood-burning stove for cooler nights or off-season visits. For dining
there is a traditional farmhouse table and chairs. The newly fitted
kitchen area has custom made units, a cooker that has an electric oven,
three gas rings and one electric ring and there is a large fridge with
a freezer section. Simple plain white china, glasses, cookware and
saucepans etc. are all provided.

There is a separate
sitting room that has a door leading to the garden, two large wicker
sofas with cushions and one matching easy chair. For 2010 the fireplace
will be removed and replaced by a wood-burning stove and the room will
be redecorated. You
will also find a small selection of books and games and a mini hi-fi,
so take
your favourite C.D.s and tapes to play.
A second sitting room/bedroom 4 is on the West side of the house and
benefits from the afternoon and evening sunshine. There is optional
sleeping accommodation on a daybed and on a sofa bed which converts to
a double bed.

Also on the ground floor is a
shower room with large, newly fitted shower, washbasin and W.C. The
washing machine is installed in this room.

Stairs lead from the
kitchen to the 1st floor, which has a large double bedroom with two
long windows facing West and overlooking the square. This room has a
large double bed, chest of drawers, and a wardrobe. It also has a table
and two wicker chairs.

There are also two small
single bedrooms which are South facing and overlook the garden. Each
has a single bed, with bedside table and lamp, a chair, a chest of
drawers and hanging space for clothes.
Finally there is a new shower room with a shower cubicle, washbasin and
W.C.

At the house there is also a
sturdy cot with a new mattress and ample bed linen, as well as a
high-chair.
Outside there is a small, but
completely enclosed garden with a grassed area and a covered pergola to
provide shade on sunny days, and there is a range of furniture for
sunbathing and alfresco dining.
There is also a garage with a
supply of wood for off-season visits and 2 bicycles which guests are
welcome to use.
With the exception of the
traditional kitchen table and chairs, and the crockery cupboard all the
furniture and bedding is new and has been chosen to complement the
simple style of the house.
