Downstairs there is an entrance from the patio area via double doors to the open plan living room. There is a sofa which seats two; this can be converted to provide an extra bed should it be required. There is also a large, comfortable wicker chair. In the alcove is a cupboard for storing clothes. For indoor dining there is a bistro table and two chairs.
The kitchen area has fitted cupboards, sink, electric oven, gas and electric hob, washing machine and a large fridge. The ground floor has under-floor electric heating.
Stairs off the living room lead to the first floor and landing which has an exposed stone wall and oeil de boeuf window.
Upstairs there is a double bedroom with large bed, bedside drawers, a radiator, a wicker chair and a hanging rail for clothes. This room has an exposed stone wall and the window gives lovely views across the gardens. There is also a shower room with walk-in shower, basin and W.C. There are good shelves with storage baskets. There is a heated towel rail and a velux window.
